Pressure Ulcer Assessment survey

We would like to invite you to take part in this 5 minute survey focusing upon pressure ulcer assessment within Critical Care

Why complete this survey?
Prevention of pressure ulcers is of great importance due to serious patient consequences. Therefore this survey will be used to help gain an understanding of critical care nurses opinions on an important area of practice to help inform where to focus future research and attention across the UK.
Who has designed this survey?

Who should complete this survey?
A critical care sister/charge nurse or a tissue viability nurse working in critical care or a lead nurse for pressure ulcer prevention on your critical care unit. The best person to complete the survey is the person with the most knowledge about the questions.
What information is required before I start the survey?
The questions will ask about the pressure ulcer prevention practices in you critical care unit with a focus on the use of pressure ulcer risk assessment tools.  
How long will this survey take to complete?
The survey should take about 5 minutes to complete.
What will happen to the information?
The information will be analysed and written up as a paper to be reported and shared through a report and publication.
