Welcome to the Military Resources Page

BACCN has a strong network of regional committees based in geographical regions throughout the UK. We no longer have a virtual Military regional committee, therefore those nurses working in the Military who are BACCN members are allocated to a geographic region based on the most convenient region for the member. This enables members to engage with their regional committee meetings, events and activities. BACCN fully support members working in the Military and the unique contribution they offer. The information on the Military pages is designed to offer resources to support the work done by critical care Military nurses.

Defence Nursing Publication

The Royal College of Nursing Defence Nursing Forum has published a short document on 'Defence Nursing'. The information contains details of how defence works, rank structures, nurse education and terminology.
