Self-efficacy and Competence in Endpoint Resuscitation: a Survey

25th Jun 2019

The aim of this study is to explore critical care nurses’ contribution, in terms of self-efficacy and competence, to the process of ending resuscitation care.
This study is the dissertation project conducted for an MSc in Advance Nursing Practice at Oxford Brookes University(a BACCN Member). During our practice we all come across emergencies and critical situations where the decision-making is often challenging. In particular, when it comes to decide whether to pursue, withhold or end resuscitation care.
