Filipa Monteiro
Filipa Monteiro is a Ward Sister/Charge Nurse in ICU at the Royal Berkshire Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in Reading. She trained in Vila Real, Portugal, and qualified in 2009.
She has worked in Elderly Care, Respiratory Medicine and A&E; she started working in Intensive Care in 2015. Filipa has been an active member of the BACCN since 2014, having joined the Central South Committee in 2015; she has taken part in organising and divulging many interactive, relevant and fun study days.
Filipa was co-opted onto the National Board in November 2020 and will initially assist with Conference.
